Chiang mai: The Government Housing Bank (GHB) is extending a special invitation to Northern residents to benefit from its attractive year-end promotion at the MONEY EXPO 2025 CHIANGMAI. This event, running from November 7-9, 2025, at Central Chiang Mai Airport, showcases a 3-year average home loan interest rate starting at 2.70% per year, with discounts reaching up to 50%.
According to Thai News Agency, GHB President, Mr. Kamolpop Virapala, emphasized the bank’s commitment to its mission of “making Thais own homes” by providing expanded financial opportunities across all regions. Loan installments for a 1 million baht borrowing start as low as 3,200 baht per month.
The event also introduces the “Life Begins with GHB” home loan for council or association members under a fixed interest scheme, along with the “Mild Home Loan 2025,” which offers a structured interest rate plan catering to various customer needs. Additionally, the bank is offering free collateral appraisals and support for mortgage registration fees for specific loan types, making home loans even more accessible.
For savings enthusiasts, GHB is presenting its savings bonds, including the Nakarat 2 series and the Pimanmat Series, both promising attractive returns and monthly prize opportunities. Purchasers can earn a minimum return of up to 1.34% per year, with additional incentives for early reservations and purchases made during the event through the GHB Buddy Line app or at any bank branch nationwide.
Furthermore, GHB is offering over 500 high-quality second-hand homes at significant discounts during the expo. The first 10 customers to reserve a property and sign a sales contract within the bank’s specified timeframe will receive a cash voucher and can avail of a special 0% interest loan promotion for the first two years.
