In order to promote commercial use, Mr. Kittiwat Patchimnan, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Intellectual Property, said that the organization of IP Fair 2024 this time still receives cooperation from the government sector, private sector, and educational institutions to showcase a large number of innovations and intellectual property to inspire and show the capabilities of Thais, as well as to create a better understanding of intellectual property among the youth and the public, which is very important for the business sector. In the past, there have been many problems, such as Pang Cha, which has made people more aware a nd give more importance to consulting on intellectual property protection, in order to act as a shield to prevent doing business and create a commercial advantage. The goal is to create value within the event of no less than last year, more than 100 million baht, with most of the value coming from artwork and business matching between entrepreneurs and innovation owners, in order to create tangible commercial use of intellectual property.
