98 years old and still going strong! Grandma loves exercising and practicing woodball.

Nakhon Nayok, A 98-year-old grandmother from Nakhon Nayok likes to follow her son to exercise by practicing woodball as part of the project to promote the health of the elderly. Grandma Pummalai, even though she is 98 years old, is very strong. This is proven by her woodball playing. Grandma can hit the ball accurately. Grandma Mee is a role model for the elderly, and the community tries to encourage them to play sports in the project to enhance the health of the elderly (with woodball). There were expert speakers who came to give special lectures to share their knowledge. Over 50 elderly people attended the training. At the event, Grandma Mee demonstrated how to hit a woodball, which drew applause from the participants who all admired Grandma Mee's strength. Mr. Somsak Phummalai, 67 years old, the son of Grandma Mee, said that he likes to exercise and goes to run competitions in various provinces.
