After receiving a report of the incident, Rasi Salai Police Station along with administrative officials, rescue workers, and doctors rushed to the scene. At the scene, a cattle truck was found overturned with its wheels pointing skyward on the side of the road. The bodies of four passengers in the car crushed to death: Mr. Theodsak, 43 years old, Ms. Sanga, 72 years old, Mrs. Buapan, 49 years old, and a 13-year-old boy, all of whom were residents of Kamalasai District, Kalasin Province. A s for Mr. Yothin, 42 years old, the driver of the car was seriously injured. Officials rushed to take him to Rasi Salai Hospital for treatment. In addition, seven more cattle were found crushed to death by a truck. Officials had to use a cutting machine. along with a crane and backhoe to help lift to bring the injured and deceased bodies, including cow carcasses, out of the car in chaos From the preliminary investigation, it was found that Mr. Yothin was driving a 6-wheel truck along with a relative returning from buying cattle in the area.
