From the investigation, it was found that Mr. Jakraphong was a subordinate of Mr. Noom, the owner of the money, and was the one who went to withdraw the money from the bank. This is considered a tip-off because Mr. Jakraphong acted as a target for Mr. Ball to steal 3.3 million baht from a parking lot in a shopping mall in the Suan Luang area before driving away. From the investigation, it was also found that Mr. Jakraphong had known Mr. Ball since he was in prison before they planned and committed this crime together. If you look at the CCTV footage, you will clearly see that after Mr. Jakraphong was robbed of money, he was the last person in the footage to run after the group of robbers, but he was half-walking, half-running, and did not look rushed or anxious like the other two employees of the company. This morning, Mr. Jakraphong was still being held in the Prawet Police Station's detention cell. This afternoon, Pol. Maj. Gen. Noppasin Poolsawat, Deputy Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police, and Pol. Maj. Gen. Thiradech Thamsuthee, Commander of the Metropolitan Police Bureau's Investigation Division, will travel to personally interrogate him in order to expand the case and find additional people involved in the conspiracy to commit the crime before taking Mr. Jakraphong to the Phra Khanong Criminal Court for detention. While relatives visited Mr. Jakraphong or Jack, the pointman who was being held in a cell at Prawet Police Station, he said with tears that the police contacted him to say that his son had been arrested. He did not live at home with his son but would take care of his grandchild. He did not know his friends and did not know if he knew Ball Pakwaeng before. He admitted that his son had been in prison for decades before. After he was released, his mother would change and become a good person. His son's original job was repairing motorcycles, but the income was not very good, so he did not know that he went to work with his friends and was involved in the incident. Source: Thai News Agency
