Bangkok: Anutin Charnvirakul introduced the Bhumjaithai Party’s prospective parliamentary candidates for all four constituencies in Samut Sakhon, expressing a strong belief in their potential for success.
According to Thai News Agency, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Anutin Charnvirakul, who also leads the Bhumjaithai Party, along with Napin Srisarppang, Minister attached to the Prime Minister’s Office and a key figure in the party, presented the candidates for Samut Sakhon province. The candidates, Thanachit Tasneetaitrathep, Anusorn Kraiwatnusorn, Thanawat Thongto, and Panya Chuanbun, were introduced and received party jackets during the event.
Napin Srisarppang expressed more than 50% confidence in the party’s prospects for the upcoming election, emphasizing the strong support the Bhumjaithai Party enjoys and highlighting the consistent efforts of the candidates within the region.
Reporters noted that the candidates have diverse political backgrounds: Thanachit Tasneytrithep is a former Samut Sakhon Municipal Council member; Anusorn Kraiwatnusorn has served multiple terms as a Member of Parliament for Samut Sakhon; Thanawat Thongto was previously a candidate for the Democrat Party; and Panya Chuanboon ran as a Bhumjaithai Party candidate in 2023.
