Bangkok: Atiruj Winaijaroenchai emerged victorious at the Singha Pattaya Open 2026, securing his win by a mere one-stroke margin. The tournament, a significant event on the All Thailand Golf Tour, concluded with Atiruj shooting a final round of 5 under par, bringing his total score to 20 under par. This narrow victory over contenders Sarut Wongchaisit and Thirawat Kaewsiribandit took place at the Laem Chabang International Country Club in Chonburi. According to Thai News Agency, this win marks Atiruj's fourth title on the All Thailand Golf Tour and notably his first on his home turf of Chonburi. For his achievement, Atiruj was awarded a prize of 450,000 baht. Reflecting on his victory, Atiruj expressed that he had been anticipating this championship since turning professional in 2018, attributing his success to "patience." In other tournament highlights, Ekparit Wu, who clinched the title in 2024, finished in 4th place with a total score of 15 under par. Panupol Pittayarat achieved a hole-in-one on the par- 3 14th hole and concluded the tournament in a tie for 6th place. The upcoming All Thailand event is the Singha-SAT MBK Championship 2026, scheduled from August 20-23 at Lam Luk Ka Golf Club in Pathum Thani Province. This event, featuring a total prize pool of 3 million baht, will be a joint venture between the All Thailand Golf Tour and the Thailand PGA Tour.
