Bangkok: Leo Putt revealed that the autopsy results for Ray Macdonald showed three blocked coronary arteries. According to Thai News Agency, the revelation has prompted Putt to share his personal experience, emphasizing the importance of recognizing warning signs of heart issues and not dismissing them as mere acid reflux.

Putt opened up about Macdonald's condition, stating that he had noticed his friend getting tired easily during their activities together. Initially attributing the fatigue to insufficient rest, Putt had advised Macdonald to undergo a health checkup. He expressed concern that lifestyle and diet could lead to the build-up of fat and calcium on the walls of blood vessels, obstructing blood flow and potentially leading to heart problems.

Putt warned of the need to be vigilant about symptoms such as a tightness in or above the epigastric region, often mistaken for acid reflux. He emphasized the necessity of seeking medical attention if such symptoms occur, which might include an electrocardiogram (ECG) or other heart function tests as deemed necessary by a doctor.

Reflecting on Macdonald's lifestyle, Putt noted that his friend was not one to complain about health issues, though his increased fatigue was noticeable. Despite Macdonald's abstinence from alcohol for nearly three decades, Putt highlighted the importance of honesty about one's health habits.
