For Mr. Nantaphorn, he is a dangerous person who was arrested since November 2008. He was prosecuted for robbery and indecent assault by using the method of ambushing the victim, who was a student riding a motorcycle with her boyfriend, before robbing and taking the woman to rape her. He was released from prison at the beginning of 2013. Later in December 2013, he committed robbery and rape in the Chokchai Police Station area by hijacking a woman who had parked her Toyota Alphard and was sleeping in front of a restaurant before driving the woman to have sex with her and abandoning her on the side of the road before stealing the Toyota Alphard.
