Bangkok: BCPG Public Company Limited has announced a dividend payment of 0.25 baht per share for the second half of the year, scheduled for disbursement on April 23, 2026.
According to Thai News Agency, BCPG informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that its Board of Directors resolved on February 18, 2026, to propose this dividend payment at the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The dividend covers the period from July 1 to December 31, 2025. This follows an interim dividend already paid in 2025, bringing the total annual dividend to 0.35 baht per share.
The record date for shareholders eligible to receive the dividend is set for Thursday, March 5, 2026, with the payment slated for Thursday, April 23, 2026. The distribution of the dividend is contingent upon approval from the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
