According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Chawanin Wongsatitjirakal, the Governor of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, presided over the ceremony. The event involved government officials from all sectors and citizens of the province. The ceremony was led by Phra Thammaratana Mongkol, Advisor to the Ecclesiastical Governor of Region 2 and Abbot of Wat Phanangcheong Worawihan, and Phra Thep Wacharachariyajarn, Ecclesiastical Governor of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province and Abbot of Wat Kasattrathirat Worawihan, along with other monks.
