Chulaphan Amornvivat Leads Pheu Thai Campaign in Buriram with Economic Revamp Plans

Buriram: "Chulaphan" led the Pheu Thai party delegation to Buriram, declaring, "Hey, Nim has come to visit you at your home!" He pledged to plant the red flag in the blue territory, promoting a "millionaire" policy and a plan to revamp Thailand's economy through data-driven initiatives.

According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Chulaphan Amornvivat, leader and prime ministerial candidate of the Pheu Thai Party, alongside Ms. Linthiporn Warinwacharoj, deputy secretary-general and list candidate for Member of Parliament, spearheaded a campaign rally to bolster the party's 10 parliamentary candidates in Buriram. The public greeted the Pheu Thai campaign team warmly, offering garlands of bananas as a symbol of welcome.

Mr. Chulaphan commenced his speech amidst cheers, expressing his eagerness to visit the people personally. He emphasized the significance of February 8th as a day for the people of Buriram to shape the nation's future, encouraging them to support the Pheu Thai Party. He announced that Mr. Yotsanan Wongsawat, another prime ministerial candidate from Pheu Thai, would visit Buriram's Phutthaisong District to demonstrate leadership that transcends conflict, focusing on development through science and innovation.

Highlighting the need for parliamentary support, Mr. Chulaphan urged Buriram's residents to cast their votes for Pheu Thai, ensuring a robust governance framework. He introduced several policies, notably "Creating Millionaires: 9 Baht a Day," aimed at empowering citizens while transforming the national economy through data integration. This policy also seeks to formalize informal businesses and address key issues like farmer registration, ensuring equitable treatment for Thai farmers, especially during natural disasters.

The newly proposed policy will also function as a tool to assess economic conditions in various provinces, thus aiding in the creation of targeted policies. Mr. Chulaphan reaffirmed the party's dedication to conserving Thai sovereignty and pledged swift restoration of normalcy in affected areas, emphasizing the minimal impact of external support compared to internal challenges.

The Pheu Thai Party is prepared to implement previously announced initiatives, including the "Thai People Without Poverty" program, anti-drug and anti-scam measures, guaranteed agricultural profits, citizen debt relief, and the "Half-Half Plus" scheme, among others.

Concluding his address, Mr. Chulaphan requested the audience to extend their greetings to former Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra, receiving enthusiastic applause from supporters.

Ms. Linthiporn highlighted the party's longstanding commitment to education, a priority since the Thai Rak Thai era. The party aims to enhance education at all levels, incorporating nutrition, technology for safety, and personnel development. Under Ms. Paetongtarn Shinawatra's government, Thai youth benefited from the ODOS project, which will be reinstated if Pheu Thai returns to power.

Additionally, the Pheu Thai Party plans to continue the vocational education program for national development, enabling Thai youth to pursue opportunities abroad, a hallmark of the party's previous governance.

The Pheu Thai Party's candidates for Member of Parliament in Buriram province were announced for all 10 constituencies, with names and numbers specified for each district, demonstrating a comprehensive electoral strategy.
