Cooperation Efforts Enhance Waste Treatment for Rangsit Residents

Rangsit:Jaset and Supamas are collaborating to enhance waste treatment efforts and introduce microorganisms to help the residents of Rangsit.

According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Jetseth Thaiseth, Deputy Minister of Interior, and Dr. Patcharin Samsiripong, Secretary to the Prime Minister, acting on behalf of Ms. Supamas Isarabhakdi, Minister to the Prime Minister, have coordinated efforts in Rangsit, Pathum Thani Province. Their aim is to aid and restore communities affected by the floods while effectively disseminating information to the public. They visited the Chang Thong Village near Udomwitthaya School in the Sahakorn Mankongmit Samphan community to introduce microorganisms into stagnant water. This initiative is intended to decompose organic matter, reduce water spoilage, and alleviate odors, thereby minimizing the impact on residents during the flood period. The coordination involved Police Lieutenant Colonel Triluph Thupkrachang, Mayor of Rangsit Municipality, who was responsible for distributing the microorganisms in the affected areas.

Dr. Patcharin stated that Ms. Supamas Isarabhakdi emphasized the importance of closely monitoring flood-affected areas and called for comprehensive cooperation from government bodies, the private sector, and the public to expedite assistance and reduce the impact on the affected communities.

Mr. Jetseth highlighted that public care extends beyond the receding floodwaters, emphasizing the need to hasten recovery, particularly in areas with stagnant water that could affect the environment and residents' quality of life. Therefore, collaboration from all sectors is crucial to address these challenges effectively.

This cooperative effort aims to integrate assistance, rehabilitation, and communication to provide ongoing support to the Rangsit area, minimizing both public and environmental impacts until normalcy is restored.
