Sakon Nakhon:The court has ruled against a drunk driver involved in a car accident on April 14, 2025, in Charoensilp District, ordering her to pay a total of 830,000 baht in damages to the victims.
According to Thai News Agency, the accident resulted in injuries to Lamphloen Wongsakorn and Theer T-Rex. The court determined compensation amounts of 400,000 baht for Lamphloen Wongsakorn, 300,000 baht for Theer T-Rex, and 130,000 baht for Mr. Itthipol, the manager.
Additionally, the court initially sentenced the defendant to three years in prison without suspension but later reduced the sentence to one year and six months following her confession. Lamphloen expressed her intention to assist the victim's family, emphasizing the importance of road safety awareness and expressing gratitude for the support received during the case proceedings.
