Farm Expo Co., Ltd. Advances Agricultural and Industrial Ecosystem with Strategic Partnerships

Bangkok:Farm Expo Co., Ltd. is forging ahead with initiatives to bolster Thailand's agricultural and industrial sectors through the establishment of three strategic partnerships. These collaborations are designed to enhance farmer capabilities, expand trade channels, and innovate high-quality Thai durian production, as well as to organize "THAI WOOD," an international wood industry trade show.

According to Thai News Agency, the primary goal of these partnerships is to transform the role of Farm Expo from a traditional exhibition space into a comprehensive business ecosystem. Mr. Norabadee Padungcharoen, CEO of Farm Expo Co., Ltd., emphasized the importance of systematically connecting products, farmers, buyers, and markets to create new business opportunities and elevate the competitiveness of Thai entrepreneurs.

The collaboration with IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd., marked by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding, aims to enhance farmer capabilities in production and sales. Mr. Paul Kanchanapas, Chief Executive Officer of IMPACT, highlighted that this partnership will reduce reliance on middlemen, providing farmers with direct access to buyers and fostering fairer trading systems. IMPACT will leverage its trade show venues and business networks to connect farmers with market demand through targeted business matching activities.

Additionally, Farm Expo's partnership with five organizations, including the Thai-Chinese Agribusiness Association and the Thai Durian Association, focuses on enhancing the Thai durian export industry. This collaboration seeks to integrate innovation and technology to support traceability systems and quality certification, thereby adding value to Thai durian exports.

In the industrial sector, Farm Expo is developing the "THAI WOOD" trade show in collaboration with Mr. Jirawat Tangkitngamwong and Mr. William Pang. This biennial event at the IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Centre will cover various aspects of the wood industry, from materials and machinery to biomass and circular materials, aiming to connect manufacturers and buyers both domestically and internationally.

These initiatives underscore Farm Expo's commitment to developing trade shows as platforms for business growth, connecting producers, technologies, standards, and markets to achieve sustainable development throughout the business chain.
