After 16 days, she transferred the principal and profit of 4,000 baht per baht, totaling 170,000 baht. She paid on time, so she decided to invest several more times. Until June 25, the accused announced that she would close the back-end data for maintenance and would return to pay the victim on July 1. However, on June 26, the accused closed her Facebook and could not be contacted. The total damage was over 330,000 baht, so she set up a LINE group to include the victims. Initially, there were 149 people, with a total damage of approximately 300 million baht, not including the many ot her victims who did not join the LINE group. For the behavior of the accused, she opened a gold investment named "Baan Om Thong Natchapapha" and made a profit per weight of 4,000 baht per baht of gold within 14-16 days. Those interested could choose to receive returns in cash or gold bars. However, the period for receiving was recently extended to 18 days, but the accused did not announce that he was open to speculating on gold bars as usual. After that, he closed his Facebook and ran away on June 26, 2024, and could not be contacted. Initially, the investigators investigated and found that it may be a pyramid scheme, working as a team with both a master network and a sub-network, before taking legal action.
