Mae Suai: A fire broke out at a longan drying factory in Mae Suai District, Chiang Rai Province. Officials rushed fire engines to put out the fire in order to control it from spreading to nearby areas. Initial damage assessments are still ongoing. According to Thai News Agency, the fire erupted in a longan drying factory located in Village No. 10, Mae Suai District, Chiang Rai Province. In response, officials quickly deployed fire engines and collaborated with local administrative organizations and disaster prevention and mitigation officers to prevent the fire from spreading to nearby areas. Forensic police, along with Mae Suai Police Station, are currently investigating the cause of the blaze. As of now, initial damage assessments have not been made available.
