Frasers allocates B10bn to increase industrial space Firm eyes 4 million sq m by 2025 Frasers Property Industrial (Thailand) or FPIT plans to spend 10 billion baht to increase industrial space from 3 million square metres to 4 million sq m by 2025, with 50% of new development aimed at the “new economy” segment.
