Winston-salem: The German national team's preparation for the World Cup at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, took an unexpected turn when they encountered venomous snakes around their training ground. According to Thai News Agency, Joshua Kimmich, a member of the team, revealed in an interview that several snakes were discovered lurking in the grass, and further investigation confirmed that they were venomous. This incident has added an unexpected challenge to the team's training regimen. The German team is not alone in this situation. The Swiss national team staff, training in San Diego, also reported encounters with snakes around their training area. Norway, which like Germany is training in North Carolina, has similarly had to remain vigilant due to the presence of venomous snakes.
