The Department of Lands has announced electronic land office areas in 15 provinces where legal transactions can be registered online conveniently, reducing time and traveling, meeting the needs of E-Government. A spokesman for the Prime Minister's Office said that the Land Department has established an electronic land office. Land can now be registered online in 15 provinces and 102 offices, including the northern region, Chiang Mai, the western region, Phetchaburi, the southern region, Songkhla, the northeastern region, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Khon Kaen, Ubon Ratchathani, and the central region, Bangkok, Nakhon Pathom, Pathum Thani, Nakhon Nayok, Nonthaburi, Singburi, Samut Prakan, and Chachoengsao. Citizens can apply for registration of legal acts in any province. It's like submitting an application at the land office where the land is located. For example, if you were to buy land located in Chiang Mai province. Buyers and sellers can submit land purchase and sale applications in Songkhla, Bangkok, or Bueng Kan provinces, any one of the 15 provinces. Land officials can complete the registration online within 1 business day. 'The government intends to develop work guidelines to increase convenience for the people. Use information technology to improve work in order to reduce time and travel for people. The goal is to expand electronic offices throughout the country in the future.
