According to Thai News Agency, Lieutenant Colonel Patthadarasmi Thongsalooykorn, Deputy Spokesperson for the Prime Minister's Office, announced that efforts are underway to assist the public as floodwaters recede. The Ministry of Labour and the Department of Skill Development are spearheading the "Repair, Build, and Be Happy" initiative, which involves sending technicians to repair motorcycles, electrical appliances, and tools necessary for livelihoods, free of charge. This initiative aims to ease household burdens and facilitate a quick return to normalcy.

There are currently 79 service centers in operation across 30 provinces, including 13 in Bangkok and 10 in adjacent areas. Mobile repair units are actively deployed to reach affected regions. Additionally, integrated services offer basic health check-ups, mental health counseling, and job placement assistance to help connect flood victims with employment opportunities.
Deputy spokesperson Thongsalooykorn conveyed that Mr. Chulaphan Amornvivat, Minister of Labour, has directed ministry agencies to continue dispatching technician teams to support the public until conditions improve and normal life resumes.
Residents in Bangkok and nearby areas can pre-register for services via the Traffy Fondue application, while those in other regions can find service details on the Department of Skill Development's website and social media channels.
