Gen. Anantaporn Kanchanarat, Chairman of the Information Technology, Communications and Telecommunications Commission, Senate chaired the ICT Commission meeting on “Innovation in Information and Communication Technology for People with Health Dependencies”. The agency consists of the Office of the Science Promotion Commission. Research and Innovation (TSRI). National Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation Policy Council (NSTDA) jointly push forward the Act. Promote Utilization of Research and Innovation 2021 (TRIUP Act)
To encourage scholarship recipients or researchers to own research and innovation funded by government agencies for commercial use of research and innovation. or public interest lead to propulsion research to be put to good use in a short time to develop the country in a concrete way After this law has come into force It helps Startup/ Spinoff Company entrepreneurs to raise funds more easily. Once the owner of the portfolio can present the work to investors. counted as intellectual property (Intellectual Property) or work protected intellectual property. in order to reduce the negotiation process and make people, farmers, community enterprises get more convenient service especially the push “Innovation in Information and Communication Technology for People with Health Dependencies” to help vulnerable groups receive more help.
The Senate ICT Committee also supported the recommendations of the Subcommittee on Digital Infrastructure Development. which was presented to the international seminar (International Seminar) on the topic of "New Space Economy Thailand" by following up on the operations of space affairs agencies. relevant to have a concrete policy and action plan. Promoting and supporting private entrepreneurs to operate in space affairs The government should allocate a budget of 20 billion baht continuously for at least 10 years to develop human resources. and support the growth of the Space Economy industry in Thailand.
