James Milner Announces Retirement After Record-Breaking Career

Brighton: James Milner has officially announced his retirement from professional football after a 24-year career. Milner began his professional journey by breaking into Leeds United's first team in 2002 at the age of just 16. Over the years, he played for several clubs, including Swindon Town, Newcastle United, Aston Villa, Manchester City, Liverpool, and finally Brighton.

According to Thai News Agency, Milner set a new record in the Premier League by bringing his total appearances to 658, surpassing Gareth Barry's previous record of 653 appearances. In addition to his club achievements, Milner earned 61 caps for the England senior national team, contributing significantly to both domestic and international football throughout his career.
