James Trafford to Leave Manchester City for Regular Starting Role

Manchester: James Trafford, the rising star goalkeeper for Manchester City, is preparing to bid farewell to the Etihad Stadium during the January transfer window, seeking a chance to continue playing as a regular starter.

According to Thai News Agency, Trafford moved from Burnley back to Manchester City for a fee of £27 million (approximately 1,188 million baht) in the summer. He was initially believed to be the club’s first-choice goalkeeper, replacing Ederson, who transferred to a Turkish club.

Despite starting in the first three Premier League matches this season, Trafford found himself as the second choice after Manchester City acquired Italian national team goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma from Paris Saint-Germain on the final day of the summer transfer window.
