King Approves Dismissal of Pakorn Nilpraphan as Secretary-General of the Council of State

Bangkok: His Majesty the King has relieved Pakorn Nilpraphan from his position as Secretary-General of the Council of State.

According to Thai News Agency, the Royal Gazette website published an announcement from the Prime Minister's Office regarding the dismissal of a civil servant from his position. The announcement stated that the Prime Minister's Office had issued an order allowing Mr. Pakorn Nilpraphan, a civil servant holding the position of Secretary-General of the Council of State, Office of the Council of State, Prime Minister's Office, to resign from his position effective March 29, 2026.

The Cabinet Secretariat subsequently submitted the matter to His Majesty the King for royal approval. A Royal Decree has now been issued approving the dismissal of the aforementioned individual from the position of Secretary-General of the Council of State, Office of the Council of State, Prime Minister's Office, effective March 29, 2026.
