Bangkok: Just because you have money doesn't always mean you can have children! Kru Kooi, the wife of James Ruangsak, advises women to prepare their bodies before pregnancy on the show Kree's Talk, a discussion about overcoming infertility.
According to Thai News Agency, in modern times, infertility has become a major concern for couples. Despite advances in medical technology, successful pregnancy still depends on many factors, especially the physical readiness of both the woman and the man. Recently, on the show Kree's Talk, hosted by Kree Pasweepich, an interview was held with Kru Koy Natcha Loychusak, a science teacher and founder of BabyAndMom.co.th, a page providing scientific and research-based knowledge on pregnancy preparation. She shared insights into the journey to success in preparing for childbirth and emphasized the crucial importance of internal physical preparation for a successful pregnancy.
Kru Kooi Natcha explained the reasons why women today are increasingly experiencing difficulty conceiving, summarizing them into five key lifestyle and environmental factors that affect the reproductive system. These include planning to have children at an older age, lifestyle and sleep patterns, nutrition and chemical contamination, accumulated stress, and lack of exercise. She stressed that physical readiness is the foundation of success in pregnancy.
Based on the firsthand experience of Kree Pasaveepich, who prepared for pregnancy at age 36, she admits to initially being complacent, believing her family's genetics indicated easy conception. However, she overlooked her own lifestyle, which included stress, lack of sleep, and socializing. It wasn't until she discovered Kru Koy Baby and Mom and followed their pregnancy preparation content that she realized the importance of personal lifestyle changes.
Kree Pasaveepich achieved remarkable success in egg retrieval after adhering to the scientifically-based pregnancy preparation guidelines from Kru Kooi's tutoring program. She retrieved 22 healthy eggs, and 15 of the embryos developed into blastocysts. Kree emphasized that having money is not enough; personal preparation and lifestyle changes are crucial for conception success.
Teacher Kooi recommends women planning to have children start taking serious care of themselves from the age of 25. She suggests focusing on creating a proper balance in the body through rest, exercise, stress management, and nutrition to nourish egg cells and the uterus. Key nutritional advice includes increasing high-quality protein intake, reducing carbohydrates and sugar, and boosting healthy fats and antioxidants.
Finally, both Kree and Kru Kooi advised women planning to have children to slow down the body's gradual decline and nourish themselves before resorting to medical technology.
