Lom Nao 108 won the second place in the IBSF World Junior Champion 2024 Snooker Championship.

The IBSF world Junior2024 snooker tournament in Bangalore, India on 27 August was the final match for the under-17 age group between 'Lom Nao 108' Lom Nao Isarangkun Na Ayutthaya and Christian Richer from Germany. In the first round, the two had met before and Lom Nao won 3-1 frames. They met again in the final round, and Christian was well prepared to counterattack, making a big break on Lom Nao to lead 1-0 frames. In the second frame, Christian continued to make a single shot, scoring 67 points, leading 2-0. In the third frame, Lom Nao began to recover, gradually winning 78-14, trailing 1-2 frames. Frame 4, the turning point was when the cold wind was about to break and then slipped into the middle hole, allowing Christian to get up and win to take the lead 3-1. In the final frame, the 15-year-old Thai boy fought back to back, but could not resist the precision and was defeated by the German boy who used his decisiveness, making Christian Richer the world champion after trying for 3 years. As for Lom Na o, who just competed in this event for the first time, he was the runner-up under 17 years old and has 2 years to redeem himself. He received a trophy and a consolation prize of 800 dollars or about 25,000 baht.
