This aim is to enable trainees to have knowledge, understanding and be able to apply IA to news work both on-site and off-site efficiently, and to be aware of AI for the accuracy and precision of news content and information in presentation to the public, including ways to overcome the limitations of AI. Speakers were Mr. Ukrit Tangsupkul, CO-Founder and CO-CEO of Real Smart Co., Ltd., and Mrs. Phongthip Tesaphu, Head of Public Relations of Real Smart Co., Ltd., who shared their knowledge about Crisis Management, a process that organizations/individuals use when encountering an unexpected event. This problem must be resolved urgently be cause it has an impact on the organization, employees and stakeholders of the organization. Mr. Nattapong Phattharapong, Assistant Director-General of Thai News Agency, said that AI plays an important role in news work, helping to obtain data and analyze data to be able to compete with competitors and adapt. However, at the same time, people/personnel are also important, so they must develop themselves all the time. Therefore, MCOT has collaborated with Real Smart Company to organize training to provide knowledge on the use of AI in news work for Thai News Agency personnel to enhance their potential, increase their competitiveness, and maintain MCOT as a credible organization in society, 'neutral, reliable, professional.' Mr. Ukrit said that AI is now everywhere because it is one of the technologies that is gaining a lot of attention.
