Nadech Kugimiya Shines at HYROX Bangkok 2026 with Impressive Time

Bangkok: Nadech Kugimiya competed in the men's singles event at HYROX Bangkok 2026, achieving a time of 1 hour 16 minutes and 59 seconds. The BYD HYROX Bangkok 2026 competition, a world-class fitness event, is being held at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center for the second time in Thailand. This week, more than 20,000 competitors are participating.

According to Thai News Agency, the first day of the competition was highlighted by the participation of famous celebrities and actors, including Nadech Kugimiya, Tuu Phopthong Suntornyanakit, and Tah-Uu Pittaya Saechua. Nadech's wife, Yaya Urassaya Sperbund, also attended the event to support him.

The results showed that Nadech Kugimiya competed in the men's singles Open category and finished with a time of 1 hour 16 minutes and 59 seconds. HYROX is a rapidly growing, global fitness racing competition where participants run 1 kilometer alternating with passing one fitness station, repeating this process 8 times for a total distance of 8 kilometers and 8 challenging stations-a "marathon for gym enthusiasts."

HYROX features 8 exercise stations: pulling a ski simulator for 1,000 meters, pushing a weight/sliding pole over 50 meters, pulling a rope to slide the weight over 50 meters, performing a burpee and then a long jump of 80 meters, rowing for 1,000 meters, walking 200 meters while holding a kettlebell, carrying a sandbag for 100 meters, and throwing a ball at a target on the wall 100 times.
