Norris Celebrates Winning His First F1 Championship

Abu dhabi: Lando Norris, the young British driver of McLaren, won the Formula One World Championship for the first time after finishing third in the final race of the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix at Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, last Sunday.

According to Thai News Agency, Norris emerged victorious in the Drivers’ World Championship after winning seven races and accumulating 423 points. Four-time Dutch world champion Max Verstappen of Red Bull, who won in Abu Dhabi, came in second after winning eight races and accumulating 421 points. Third place went to Oscar Piastri, an Austrian driver for McLaren, who won seven races and accumulated 410 points. Alexander Albon, the young Thai driver for Williams, took eighth place after accumulating 73 points.
