Bangkok:"Oysri" has refuted claims of cutting ties with "Boom Panadda," amidst ongoing legal proceedings involving the "Good Deeds Organization Foundation - Bam Panadda." She has provided a statement to the police and additional evidence, emphasizing that her actions are driven by pure intentions and are not part of any orchestrated conflict.
According to Thai News Agency, Oysri, who manages the "Oysri and Friends" Facebook page, along with her lawyer, Jesada, visited the Central Investigation Bureau. They submitted testimony and further evidence concerning her complaint against the Tham Dee Foundation and Boom-Panadda Wongphudee. The allegations include public fraud, violation of the Computer Crime Act, and money laundering, specifically regarding the misuse of donated funds. Oysri, identifying herself as a victim, stressed the importance of transparency in the fundraising process, despite the donation amount being as small as 1,000 baht. She raised concerns about the use of personal bank accounts for receiving donations.
Oysri also highlighted suspicious activities such as interactions with lawyers without evidence and the transfer of donations through personal accounts. She called for a comprehensive investigation of all foundation board members, including those who have resigned. Additionally, she urged the police to scrutinize Boom's bank accounts, which had been mentioned on social media, to determine if they were personal or foundation-related and whether they have been reactivated. Oysri is preparing to release further information on other cases to ensure a balanced understanding of the situation by the public.
