The Red Line suburban electric train has revealed the results of its second survey of user satisfaction for 2024, reflecting a high level of confidence and satisfaction with the quality of its services and safety. Mr. Suthep Panpeng, Chief Executive Officer of SRT Electric Train Co., Ltd. (SRTET), or the operator of the Red Line Commuter Train, revealed that the company has conducted the second survey of passenger satisfaction on the Red Line Commuter Train in 2024 to collect data and truly understand passenger needs. The data will be applied to improve service efficiency. The National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA Poll), an institute with expertise in surveys and research, designed and conducted a survey of user satisfaction at all 13 stations. The company is honored to have received the trust of all passengers. The satisfaction we received in this survey not only reflects the quality of the service, but also confirms the intention and effort of all employees to create the best travel exper ience for passengers. The company is committed to developing and improving its services all the time to ensure that all passengers receive the most convenience, safety, and satisfaction in every trip. From the survey, the results show that out of a full score of 5, passengers are satisfied with the service at 4.55, safety at 4.51, reliability in punctuality, frequency and quality of train service at 4.41, public relations and information at 4.46, quality and facilities at stations and in trains at 4.40, and tokens/tickets and marketing activities at 4.46. The survey results show that passengers have a lot of confidence in the Red Line suburban train service. The Red Line suburban train also has safety and reliable operating standards, which are important factors that make passengers trust in using the Red Line suburban train service. In addition, at present, after implementing the policy of a maximum fare of no more than 20 baht, the number of passengers has continuously increased.
