The organization is closely monitoring conditions and has dispatched operational teams along with backup power equipment to maintain the electricity supply and swiftly address any disruptions.
The public is advised to exercise increased caution. It is important to avoid approaching power lines or electrical equipment that has been submerged in water. Wet electrical equipment should not be touched or used.
If any abnormalities in the electrical system are detected, they should be reported to PEA at 1129, the PEA Contact Center, which is available 24 hours a day. PEA is committed to supporting the community by maintaining the power system and ensuring safety until the situation normalizes.
