Pharadon Acknowledges Decline in Government Popularity, Seeks Opportunity for Redemption

Bangkok: "Pharadon" has openly accepted the recent poll results indicating a decline in government popularity, asking the public for a chance to address pressing issues and improve the administration's standing.

According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Paradorn Prisnanantakul, who serves as the Minister attached to the Prime Minister's Office, acknowledged the declining popularity as a clear reflection of the government's performance. He expressed gratitude to the public for their candid feedback and emphasized the importance of addressing immediate concerns such as oil and electricity prices, corruption, and the ongoing economic downturn.

Mr. Paradorn stated that the government will conduct a thorough review of the performance of all ministers and civil servants tasked with implementing government policies. The aim is to resolve issues swiftly to benefit the populace. He also committed to enhancing his communication with the public and leveraging this opportunity to work towards the greatest public benefit.

He highlighted that despite being in office for only three months, the government faces numerous challenges that have been festering over the years. Addressing both immediate and deep-rooted structural issues will require substantial time and effort. Mr. Paradorn requested patience and an opportunity for the government to be reassessed at a later date, as they strive to make significant progress.
