The Office of the National Water Resources (ONWR), under the supervision of the Prime Minister’s Office, is also preparing for the situation. Other agencies involved in the implementation process, particularly the Ministry of Agriculture and the Royal Irrigation Department, are key players in the management process. Therefore, I urge all agencies to collaborate and cooperate.
