Bang pa-in: A life-or-death moment unfolded on Phahonyothin Road when a pickup truck driver suffered a stroke, losing control and crashing into a sedan. Emergency personnel quickly arrived to provide assistance and transport the injured to the hospital.

According to Thai News Agency, a dashcam recorded the incident as the pickup truck veered off course, striking a roadside barrier before sideswiping a sedan. The driver's stroke led to the loss of control and the subsequent collision. The incident took place on the outbound lane of the expressway section near the Bang Pa-in interchange in Chiang Rak Noi Subdistrict, Bang Pa-in District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province.

Police from Phra In Ratcha Police Station and rescue workers arrived at the scene to find the 39-year-old pickup truck driver experiencing seizures, difficulty breathing, and incontinence. Immediate medical attention was administered to stabilize his condition.

The sedan, situated about 100 meters from the collision site, displayed damage from a scrape stretching from the rear left side to the front, with both left tires flattened.

A Good Samaritan recounted seeing factory workers in the pickup truck calling for help, prompting him to stop and assist. Initial reports revealed that the employees, hailing from Ramintra, were en route to inspect a factory in the Hi-Tech Industrial Estate in Bang Pa-in District. However, the driver experienced muscle spasms and chest tightness, causing the vehicle to veer off course and collide with the sedan. Fortunately, the driver managed to steer the vehicle to a safe stop, preventing further damage or injuries.
