BANGKOK, Advisor to the Move Forward Party leader Pita Limjaroenrat has returned to Parliament for the first time after the Constitutional Court ruled that he did not lack qualifications as an MP and did not violate the electoral law, banning politicians from holding shares in a media company. As a listed MP of the MFP, he has resumed his duties after being suspended on July 19 last year by the court pending the ruling. He expressed joy at returning to work at Parliament for the first time in six months. During the suspension, he spent time meeting with the public, especially in Samut Prakan and Phuket provinces. The gathered information will be discussed in Parliament today. He confirmed that there will be no legal action against Mr. Ruangkrai Leekitwattana, who filed the iTV shareholding case against him, citing a focus on the present and future plans to be announced tomorrow. As for the details of the censure debate, he stated that he could not give an answer when it will take place, but there is a s ignificant amount of information available.
