The Prime Minister remains confident that the process will not tarnish the government's image as she prepares for international engagements and media interactions. According to Thai News Agency, Prime Minister Ms. Paethongtarn Shinawatra addressed concerns raised by the National Anti-Corruption Commission's (NACC) request for Thaksin Shinawatra's medical records from the Police General Hospital. She clarified that the matter would proceed through the appropriate legal channels, with the government fully prepared to cooperate. However, she cautioned about the extent of information that can be disclosed, emphasizing adherence to legal stipulations. Regarding potential inquiries to the national police chief, the Prime Minister noted that the police ch ief has already initiated discussions on the matter, with an established committee handling the investigation. She emphasized that there has been no interference with the process and highlighted existing clarifications related to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
