Port FC and BG Pathum United Fined for Fan Behavior During Muang Thai Cup Final

Bangkok: Port FC and BG Pathum United faced financial penalties following fan misconduct during the 2025/26 Muang Thai Cup final. The Disciplinary Committee recently announced that both clubs were fined due to their fans setting off flares during the event.

According to Thai News Agency, Port FC was initially fined 40,000 baht after fans were found lighting flares outside the stadium before the match commenced. This incident marked the club's second offense, resulting in an additional fine of 20,000 baht, bringing their total penalty to 60,000 baht. Meanwhile, BG Pathum United received a fine of 80,000 baht as their fans were responsible for setting off flares on two occasions, both behind the stands and inside the stadium.
