Bangkok: The Prime Minister laid a wreath of flowers to pay homage on the occasion of the Chakri Dynasty Memorial Day. The ceremony took place at the Royal Monument located at Phra Phutthayotfa Bridge, commemorating King Rama I Day and the Memorial Day of the Chakri Dynasty, B.E. 2568.
According to Thai News Agency, Ms. Paethongtarn Shinawatra, the Prime Minister, led the tribute by laying a wreath of flowers to honor the statue of King Buddha Yodfa Chulalok the Great. She was accompanied by Mr. Decha Isara Khaothong, Deputy Minister of Public Health and representative of the second cabinet rotation, along with Mr. Prommin Lertsuridej, Secretary-General to the Prime Minister.
Upon arrival at the Royal Monument, the Prime Minister paid her respects before laying two wreaths of flowers on behalf of the Prime Minister and the Cabinet, marking the solemn occasion with due reverence.
