According to Thai News Agency, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Anutin Chakanyavirakul, spoke during a courtesy call made by ASEAN police chiefs and the ASEAN Police Secretary-General. The meeting, which took place during the Prime Minister’s visit, focused on the cooperation needed to tackle transnational crime, including scams, human trafficking, and emerging crime trends. These issues were central to discussions at the ASEAN Interpol Conference. The Prime Minister mentioned that there was a general agreement among all parties on the importance of collaboration and an expressed readiness to cooperate in these efforts.
