Bangkok: PTT Group has confirmed that it has not exported oil to Cambodia since June 2025. This decision follows ongoing unrest along the Thai-Cambodian border, prompting the company to suspend its exports to ensure national security and the safety of the Thai people.
According to Thai News Agency, PTT Public Company Limited and its subsidiary companies have maintained a policy of refraining from exporting oil to Cambodia. The company reiterated its commitment to this policy in response to recent media and social media reports suggesting otherwise. PTT Group has aligned its actions with the Ministry of Energy’s directive to prioritize national interests amidst the current situation.
PTT Group has also expressed its support and solidarity with the soldiers, police, and civilians affected by the unrest along the border. The company emphasized its dedication to standing with those who are ensuring the safety and security of the region.
