Hin Kong Power RATCH-GULF joint venture signs contract to purchase 0.5 million tons of LNG from Gunvor Singapore, starting March 2024.

RATCH Group Public Company Limited (RATCH) announced that on August 24, 2023, Hin Kong Power Holding Company Limited (HKH) signed a short-term liquefied natural gas supply agreement (Term LNG Supply Agreement) with Gunvor Singapore Pte. .Ltd under Gunvor Group Ltd., a leading company in trading energy commodities (Energy Commodities Trading) with the objective of procuring and importing liquefied natural gas for use as fuel in electricity generation of hydroelectric power plant projects. Hin Kong Cooperative, a large private power plant (IPP), with a contracted capacity of 1,400 megawatts.
