Bang phli: A high-speed collision involving a car, a motorcycle, and a parked truck on Theparak Road in Bang Phli District resulted in three injuries, prompting emergency medical personnel to close the road to perform life-saving CPR. Two individuals are in critical condition following the accident.
According to Thai News Agency, the incident occurred at 2:20 AM on June 18th when a black Toyota Yaris collided with a Honda Wave motorcycle driven by 22-year-old Yongyuth. The collision caused the motorcycle to crash into a parked container truck. Yongyuth sustained minor injuries and remained at the scene, while his girlfriend, 25-year-old Jiratchaya, who was riding pillion, was seriously injured and thrown under the truck. She was promptly transported to the hospital by rescue workers.
The motorcycle's rear was severely damaged, and the Yaris was found 60 meters away with its front completely wrecked. The car's driver was discovered critically injured, unconscious, and not breathing. Authorities closed the road to extricate him from the vehicle, and paramedics administered CPR for over 20 minutes before transporting him to Bang Phli Hospital.
Mr. Yongyuth reported that he was riding home when the speeding car crashed into his motorcycle, causing chaos and sending him flying. The cause of the accident is currently under investigation, with police reviewing CCTV footage to determine the sequence of events and potential charges.
