Seoul: South Korean professional golfer Ryu Hae-ran secured her first major championship win at the KPMG Women's PGA Championship 2026. Ryu delivered a strong performance, shooting a 2-under-par 70 in the final round, culminating in a total score of 13-under-par 275. This victory marks her fourth LPGA Tour win.
According to Thai News Agency, Ina Yoon, who led after the first two rounds, finished as the runner-up with a total score of 11 under par 277. The competition saw a notable performance from Thai golfer Atthaya Thitikul, ranked number 2 in the world. Thitikul ended the tournament tied for 8th place, achieving a score of 2 under par 70 in the final round and a total score of 6 under par 282. She shared this position with Nelly Korda, the world number 1 golfer from the United States.
The championship also featured other Thai golfers, with "Pro Mew" Pajaree Anannarukan and "Pro Patty" Papangkorn Thawatchanakit both finishing tied for 37th place at 1 over par 289. Meanwhile, "Pro Waen" Pornanong Phetlump concluded the tournament tied for 53rd place with an even par 293.
