Saeng Boonmee Remains Upbeat Despite Missing Evaluation Criteria

Bangkok: Secretary-General Saeng Boonmee has expressed his pride in being a member of the Election Commission, emphasizing his unwavering spirit despite not meeting the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) evaluation criteria.

According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Saeng responded to media inquiries about the rumors of his unsuccessful performance evaluation by noting that the Chairman of the Election Commission had already addressed the issue. He refrained from making further comments, citing that it is an internal process of the commission. He mentioned that if he were to comment, it would only be to express his continued positive outlook on his work with the Election Commission.

Regarding concerns about the potential impact of the evaluation results on his morale, Mr. Saeng assured that his spirits remain unaffected, and he views the matter as a contractual issue still under legal discussion. He urged the public to focus not on whether he met the criteria but rather on the effort and dedication put forth under the given circumstances. He concluded by reiterating his lack of discouragement and maintained a positive outlook on his role. When questioned about his sources of pride, Mr. Saeng confidently stated, "I am proud to be a member of the Election Commission."
