Sai also voiced her skepticism about the establishment of a family council, indicating her preference to lead an independent life. The court accepted the motion, dismissed the case, and returned court fees to the plaintiff, also agreeing to investigate a contempt of court issue. He stated that Baan Phra Athit's involvement adhered to ethical standards, and the lawsuit withdrawal marked progress in resolving the conflict.
Meanwhile, lawyer Benjama credited societal support and encouragement for the lawsuit's withdrawal, acknowledging the efforts of Professor Panthep and his team. While the case is closed, Benjama noted the possibility of future legal action within the statute of limitations.
