They found a group of homeless people in a public area, totaling 5 people: 3 men and 2 women, including 2 elderly people. Mr. Warawut said that the officers of the Center for the Prevention of the Homeless had tried to talk to the homeless group to seek protection at the Homeless Protection Center, but all of them did not want to seek protection because they worked as general laborers in the area and did not earn enough money. Therefore, they had to sleep at the bus stop. Some of them had just been released from prison and did not know how to seek assistance. Meanwhile, the elderly had family problems and their children could not take care of them.
