Serious Charges Filed Against Pregnant Woman Who Attacked Her Husband’s Mistress to Death

Bangkok: Police charged a pregnant wife with causing death with assault. The wife found her husband with his lover at a resort in Min Buri before dragging him away and assaulting him until he passed out. He died at the hospital.

According to Thai News Agency, in the case of a pregnant woman who physically assaulted a woman by kicking and stomping on her multiple times for more than 5 minutes until she passed out, witnesses helped support her and put her on a motorbike to rush her to the hospital. Police from Min Buri Metropolitan Police Station went to investigate a fight at a resort in the Min Buri district of Bangkok on the morning of April 20.

The investigation found that Ms. Worawan, 27 years old, who was pregnant, rode pillion on the motorbike of her transgender friend to search for her husband. Until she found her husband with a young woman who was walking out to open the door at the resort. So she dragged the woman out of the room and assaulted her, stomping on her several times until she passed out. Then, good Samaritans helped take her to the hospital, where Ms. Pochanat later died.

After the incident, the patrol police took the perpetrator to calm down before taking him to identify the scene of the incident and conduct an interrogation. Initially, he was charged with assault causing death and will proceed with legal action.
