Bangkok: Siam Paragon invites you to experience the spirit of samurai and ninja at the 'SIAM PARAGON THE WONDROUS JAPAN HERITAGE 2026' event. The festival, which runs until August 30, 2026, showcases a unique blend of Japanese culture, including a display of bonsai trees over 500 years old and performances that capture the essence of legendary Japanese warriors.
According to Thai News Agency, the collaboration between Siam Paragon, the Embassy of Japan in Thailand, and the Ministry of Culture has resulted in a significant cultural event. The opening ceremony was attended by notable figures such as Mr. Otaka Masato, Ambassador of Japan to Thailand, and Mr. Paolo Dionisi, Ambassador of the Republic of Italy. The event offers attendees a chance to engage with the rich history and traditions of Japan through various exhibits and performances.
One of the highlights of the festival is 'AWAKEN THE SAMURAI,' a performance by Shidenryu Tokyo, a famous sword school. This show, scheduled from August 20-23, will feature full-scale katana sword fighting, providing an immersive experience for spectators.
